What experiences in life helped you grow the most?
Where to start.
Everything from being adopted at a young age.
13 years of bad relationship and experienced a lot of domestic violence (mostly mentally abuse for 13 years but a few years of physical and sexual) 😢
All my trauma has really shaped me as a person. But mostly the healing process ans going to therapy.
I have been no contact with my abuser for 7 years now.
