How do you unwind after a demanding day?
Recently I just crash 😦 I lay in bed and disassociate for like 3 hours.
Sometimes I find the courage to go to the gym! I have been meaning to go back but work had been kicking my butt and it is onky going to get busier.
How do you use social media?
I use it to keep memories especially for Facebook. I like to ‘check in’ to places i want to revist or remember years later. Like some good bars in OKC and Denver.
I use Snapchat as a communication for friends states away or down the street!
I use this account to express myself and also somewhere to post my memories!

Oh I LOVE this! “BRAUMS ” is my favorite restaurant!
Based on Oklahoma City Braums has the best ice cream around!
While living in oklahoma, I learned to love this place. Nothing said summer like a hot night getting ice cream at Braums and getting a pint of ice cream to go!
