What do you complain about the most? That’s soooo easy. It’s definitely my LACK OF SLEEP. My RIDICULOUS sleep schedule. I think its more of me being mentally drained and fatigued. I take sleep meds amd magnesium to 😴 I toss and turn and wake up at like 3am in panic or sweating 😓
