ME|A DAY IN THE LIFE|ASSISTANT DIRECTOR| 2.12.26

Bruh what even happened today. Absolutely crazy busy day.

Its Thursday so I open and work 7am to 4pm. We have a family event today at work at 3:30pm so ill be working a little longer!

Lets start the day

6:57AM played a quick game and got a new high score.

Between 7AM to 10AM was a total blur. I was busy doing emails, power bi, dealing with teachers, filing reports and mostly helping my director with little side quest

Very productive morning!!

11am till 12:30pm helped out in classrooms and covered a lunch break in the preschool class. Helped them make “Love Bug” hats for our ‘L♡VE BUG PICNIC’ event later today! (:

1:30pm technically still my lunch break. I rarley take a lunch break. My director had a meeting at 130pm about summer camp budget and i was helping her off camera. (photo credit: AngelicaLauraPhotography)


From 1pm till 2:30pm is prime time to get work done because the whole school is taking a nap. 🤗 also, teachers are taking lunch breaks, and most are in classrooms. Our teachers come up to the front desk (to clock in/out) during  their ten minute breaks and come and talk to us before they head out to lunch sometimes 🙃
2pm fully invested in this summer camp meeting. Each kiddos gets two summer camp shirts.  We order them! So here I am organizing the shirt sizes we think will best fit our kiddos. (photo credit: AngelicaLauraPhotography)

3:20pm some fruits, sweet potato chips, and crackers were available to parents to share with their kiddos as a little snack. We asked that parents brought a little blanket or beach chair and get comfy!! We have some Disney Valentine’s Day music playing in the background. (photo credit: AngelicaLauraPhotography)
